Peter Hobson spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a submariner. While in the Navy, he earned a degree in history. After retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, he became an accountant at a large casino. He and his wife live in southeastern Connecticut. He is an amateur astronomer.
